About this speaker

Maximilian Pfennig studied environmental engineering (B.Sc.) and renewable energies and energy efficiency (M.Sc.) at the University of Kassel. Since 2017 he has been working as a research assistant in scenario development and modeling of future energy supply systems at Fraunhofer IEE. His core competencies are GIS-based potential area analyzes for renewable energies and power-to-x technologies in the global space, with special consideration of a high spatial and temporal resolution.
